This piece was a breakthrough in polymer and mixed media for me. Fabricating a polymer base, with an Ogham inscription, to inset a lens… under that lens rests sand and amber from Skagen, Denmark. The copper overlayrevealing and concealing the treaure, as well as unifying the composition.
